Filebeat: incorrect apt repository installation documentation

Hi,

at the time of writing this, the APT repository in filebeat documentation is not working.

I believe that's due to a wrong URL.

I managed to fix it using the same repository and key mentioned in elasticsearch/logstash/kibana documentation.

Obsolete documentation?
